Stap 1: Behandel 6 maanden na laatste injectie direct met zoledroninezuur of alendroninezuur

*3e en 4e keuze risedroninezuur, raloxifeen

Stap 2: Na 6 maanden lab + kliniek

Herhaal altijd direct Zoledroninezuur, zet Alendroninezuur door

Stap 3: Follow up na 12 maanden na start consolidatietherapie met DEXA+VFA

Stap 3: Voor beslissing herstart/continuering/switch therapie

Herstart therapie indien:

• T-score ≤-2.5 
• Of botverlies >5% tov baseline
• Of nieuwe fractuur
• Of nieuwe risicofactoren.
